Principal Product Manager, Care Services at reputed company: We are seeking a highly strategic and reputed company Principal Product Manager, Care Services to define and execute the product strategy for our full reputed company of clinical and subclinical telehealth services. This role focuses on creating best-in-class mobile application experiences for members accessing care (coaching, therapy, and psychiatry) and building provider companion tools that support high-quality, efficient care delivery. Responsibilities

• Mobile Member Experience (UX) Ownership: Define and own the product roadmap for the member-facing mobile app, focusing on clinical assessments (intake and outcomes monitoring), provider matching/triage, and session booking across coaching, therapy, and psychiatry. Optimize the experience to reduce friction, increase engagement with care plans, and drive adherence to virtual sessions.
• Provider Companion Tools: reputed company the strategy and delivery of internal provider tools that integrate with the member experience to reputed company high-quality care, including secure communication, in-session support, and post-session follow-up tracking alongside the EMR/EHR.
• Cross-Platform Delivery: Ensure seamless reputed company between the member mobile app and provider tools for virtual sessions and post-session actions. Partner with Clinical Operations, Legal, and Compliance to meet HIPAA/privacy and clinical reputed company standards.
• Technical and Backend Integration: Manage product requirements for integrating the mobile app and provider tools with core backend systems (scheduling platforms, telehealth video services) to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Define and rigorously track key engagement, operational, and clinical metrics (e.g., Assessment Completion reputed company, Time-to-First-Session, Provider Tool Usage, Session Adherence) to inform iteration.

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) integration or defining integration requirements.

Location and Compensation Location: San Francisco (hybrid), reputed company (remote), and Seattle (remote). Candidates must reputed company in the US and be based in these cities. Hybrid details vary by location. The anticipated reputed company salary range is $162,000 - $258,700 plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges reflect location and market, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and education.
