You will collaborate with internal and external experts with experience from leading consulting & technology companies to conduct analyses, reputed company insights, and deliver impactful recommendations. What you need to succeed

• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, having worked at or consulted leading payor &/or provider organization(s)
• Deep understanding of key industry trends, business issues, strategic priorities, challenges, & opportunities reputed company healthcare companies (e.g., Marketing/ Media, Sales, Digital, IT)
• Understanding of digital customer engagement & high-level marketing technology capabilities and concepts; Ability to reputed company business value of digital experience & marketing technology investments
• Ability to partner with Sales leaders to collaborate on creation of account-level & sales opportunity-level strategies & plans to drive results for customers & reputed company
• Proven track record of driving alignment with healthcare client executives around business transformation vision, strategy, roadmap & investment
• Experience interacting with SVP / C-Level stakeholders reputed company healthcare organizations, whether in a role with reputed company, marketing / digital agency, or industry-reputed company Marketing, Digital, or IT function
• Experience developing & maintaining strong customer / client relationships as well as collaborating across internal ecosystem functions / partners including product & marketing teams, system integrators and technical solution partners
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to reputed company new concepts quickly
• Inform the HLS brand vision & messaging, engaging audiences in 1:few or 1:many presentations at industry events, virtually and in person to reputed company market positioning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,900 -- $271,500 annually. In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $168,100 - $243,400 At reputed company, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total reputed company compensation (TTC = reputed company + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
