The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients' members or customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, gathering customer information, and fulfilling customer needs. Experience Required for Your Success
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
- Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment
- Tech support experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or reputed company web-based applications
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
