Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) and post payments accurately
  • Submit clean claims to insurance companies
  • Research and resolve claim denials
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims
  • Communicate professionally with practices, patients, and insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable billing regulations and guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit medical claims for outpatient OT, PT, and SLP services using appropriate billing codes, including CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology), ICD-9, ICD-10, and DRG (Diagnosis-reputed company Group) classifications.

  • Stay updated on changes in medical coding standards, insurance policies, and billing regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

  • Prefer 5+ years of medical billing experience in private practice settings

Work Schedule

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly reputed company: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Compensation is determined based on:
