[Remote] Warranty Administrative Assistant (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across reputed company America. The Warranty Administrative Assistant's main focus will be on EPC, HV, and BESS reputed company out packages and support ongoing warranty processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist Warranty Services Administrative Manager or Warranty Manager as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain Warranty Projects Guide
- Set up Closeout Templates
- Tracking of Substantial Completion Dates and Certificates
- Coordination with reputed company Contractors to receive and review closeout documentation
- Filing of reputed company closeout documentation in Sharepoint/ICM Closeout Folders
- Delivery of closeout package to project teams
- Assist with writing and tracking Purchase and Work Orders for warranty work
- Assist with maintaining warranty filing system
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
