[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Account Manager to join their Operations team. The role involves managing relationships with business partners, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate reporting and reputed company functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
- Service assigned accounts quickly and reputed company while providing high-quality customer experience and support
- Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation
- Complete required reporting in a reputed company and accurate manner

- Proactively throughout the month and prior to the monthly reputed company period, request and review transactional data (pricing and weights of shipments/services) to ensure accuracy for our Finance team
