Loan Operations Specialist

The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for general loan-reputed company administrative duties including monetary processing, loan maintenance, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan transactions and requests.

Responsibilities

• Timely reputed company, new, renewed, modified, or extended loans ensuring appropriate approvals have been received prior to processing
• Process reputed company maintenance requests in a timely manner with supporting documentation and appropriate approvals as applicable
• Promptly process reputed company requested monetary transactions (advances, disbursements, payments, wires) with appropriate supporting documentation and approval as applicable
• Review and monitor insurance policies and track expiration. Follow up with borrower, agents, or other representative as necessary to obtain active policy confirming applicable loss payee clause and coverages. Set up and update applicable ticklers with active policy information. Image policies to applicable loan file
• Review daily reports to ensure maintenance, on-boardings, and transactions were processed accurately; follow up with any corrections or adjustments and document on report
• Accurately reconcile reputed company applicable loan accounts. Follow up with outages and work to resolve quickly
• Provide timely payoff quotes with appropriate authorization from borrower. Ensure collateral releases are processed timely and overages are returned in accordance with departmental procedures
• Establish incoming loan files ensuring reputed company applicable documents are appropriately stored
• Image reputed company incoming loan documents and/or supporting documents relative to the loan
• Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers ensuring requests are processed with accuracy and timeliness
• Daily processes reputed company loan statements and billings
• Complete reputed company assigned mandatory and regulatory training reputed company required time frames
• Maintain a work area that ensures the safety and confidentiality of reputed company customer records and transactions
• Understand and reputed company with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-reputed company Policies and Procedures
• Other duties as assigned to assist reputed company the department ensuring efficient and smooth operations
