They are seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join their Inside Sales team, focusing on supporting international customers through sales calls, reputed company qualification, and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company calls with international customers to identify customer needs and provide solutions through various IXL products
- Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate IXL’s value proposition to new global users and to identify their requirements for the sales team
- Ensure the timely processing of international leads and assist with and support sales campaigns
- Manage your sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities and communicate clearly the reputed company of campaigns to the sales teams to ensure goal attainment
- Collaborate with Account Management to assist with the tracking and management of renewals and expansions from existing customers
- Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology
Skills
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably reputed company the EdTech or software industry
- A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal (video/telephone) and written communications skills
- Understanding of web applications
- Ability to accommodate various global time zones
- Passion for improving education through technology
