Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trillium Community Health Plan is part of reputed company, a national organization focused on transforming community health. The reputed company reputed company Coordinator will create and manage reputed company for new business opportunities, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and support contract negotiators throughout the contracting process.

Responsibilities

• Create reputed company and manage contracting process untilizing the Emptoris Contract Management System to ensure that new business contract deadlines are met
• Manage the work load and assign work to temporary contract coordination staff
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases; collect, track, prepare, compile, and distribute statistical data for daily and reputed company reports
• reputed company with credentialing staff to ensure data and systems are in sync
• Provide support to contract negotiators to ensure successful completion of contracting process
• Identify gaps and risk in contracting process and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure contracting process is completed timely and accurately and reputed company required established standards and guidelines
• Assist with Emptoris build activities as needed
• Train temporary staff as needed
• Maintain physical and electronic file systems
• Provide support to other departments to ensure compliance with corporate contracting standards

Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field required
• 1-3 years of contracting, customer service, or reputed company experience
• Intermediate skills with reputed company, reputed company and Access required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in reputed company, contracting and/or provider information preferred
