Associate, CRM

Dow Jones is a global provider of news and business information, and they are seeking a CRM Associate to support marketing initiatives aimed at driving subscriber engagement and retention. The role involves leveraging marketing technology and customer data to deploy effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and collaborating with various teams reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing tactics and strategies for engaging and retaining subscribers

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing role. Internship experience will be considered
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven time management skills
• An ability to derive insights from campaign reports, and reputed company data-informed decisions
• The ability to recognize problems before they arise, and proactively reputed company and recommend solutions
• First-reputed company communications and writing skills, with a sharp eye for reviewing marketing assets
• An ability to empathize and reputed company for the customer experience
• Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and presentation skills are required
• The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, as well as manage multiple, mutually exclusive and competing priorities
