The reputed company Shop Operations Coordinator will support the scaling of the reputed company Shop affiliate live-streaming program, assist with creator management, and maintain performance data to contribute to the brand's expansion across reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support scaling of the reputed company Shop affiliate live-streaming program, including scheduling, coordination, and asset preparation
- Assist in identifying, reputed company, and supporting micro-creators to expand channel reputed company
- Manage and organize Agency creator partnerships, permissions, and relationship-building
- Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reporting sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date performance data
- Track creator performance, campaign reputed company, and KPIs; flag opportunities and concerns proactively
- Contribute reputed company and market observations to help identify new, innovative ways to grow the channel
Skills
- Strong organizational abilities with proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
- High level of administrative competence, including updating documents, tracking data, and managing systems
- Results-oriented reputed company, motivated by metrics, performance, and reputed company improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort interacting with creators and internal team members
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company Sheets
