Job Summary

As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities. You will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and handling corporate activity events. Your expertise will be essential in resolving reputed company issues, testing and validating new innovation improvements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Handle corporate activity events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity
• reputed company research on reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation improvements, and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Communicate with TD Ameritrade Cleaning and work with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other reputed company business partners

Tasks Analysis

* Customer review of membership deals or transactions demands

• Client/Advisor level exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (Examples: 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of applicable tax code and corrections of tax coding
• Trouble Resolving
• Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
• reputed company of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc
• Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
• Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
• Customer or Organization Companion Service
• Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Providing reputed company Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns
• Well-timed and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications
