[Remote] Account Executive, Legal Tech Services – IntelliScript (Remote)

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business development and expanding client relationships reputed company the legal industry, particularly in reputed company data utilization segments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reputed company interest in IntelliScript’s suite of products reputed company the legal industry, specifically reputed company the reputed company data utilization segments
• Expand our reputed company reputed company existing customers
• Discern the true need reputed company a client is describing a problem or concern
• Demonstrate and speak as an expert on reputed company of our business solutions
• Be reputed company and passionate about relevant political, legislative, and market conditions in order to grow reputed company-client sales and generate new client opportunities
• Engage other IntelliScript business units and departments throughout the sales cycle
• Negotiate and manage the contract process to closure
• Maintain accurate and reputed company data in reputed company
• Provide accurate forecasts to sales management

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience succeeding in solution-based reputed company sales
• Experience using reputed company or similar CRM application
• Experience leading meetings that take reputed company in person, virtually, as well as hybrid
• reputed company to travel up to 30% - 40% for client meetings, conferences, and company events
• Track record of meeting sales quotas
• Background & experience in Mass-tort criteria, design inclusion/exclusionary screeners
• Background & relationships in the plaintiff legal ecosystem (Mass tort & Single Event/PI)
• Experience with web-based applications and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS)
• HIPAA & compliance routing; navigates Patient Authorized vs Payment Operations
• Deep understanding of the legal market segments, customer segments and associated companies
