A Solution Consultant will reputed company the functional and technical sales process with a coordinated focus on solutions development for the Playvox by reputed company solutions through discovery and requirements gathering, validation and demonstration. • Manage and interpret customer requirements and use discovery skills to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs.

Have you got what it takes?

• 7+ years of experience supporting software products and services.
• 3+ years of experience with Workforce Management as a vendor or user.
• Advanced knowledge of Workforce Management principles, fundamentals, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions, APIs, CRM connectivity and the ability to explain functionality to both business and technical teams.
• Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
• Experience customizing and building the storyboard for demos and POC.
• Demonstrated reputed company in achieving strategic deal wins.
• Ability to manage multiple, reputed company sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate from C-level executives down to Agent/reputed company Line level employees, conveying technical concepts to business audiences effectively.
• Customer-centric reputed company with passion for understanding and addressing customer challenges.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience/knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and CRM solutions (reputed company, AWS, reputed company, etc).
• Experience/knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products.
