Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing phone support to patients receiving specialty medication treatment. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, handling new and reorder requests, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of specialty medications. Key Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to patients receiving specialty medication treatment, handling new and reorder requests, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Coordinate and process new and reorder requests, including verifying and updating patient information
- Assist patients with deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into the pharmacy's data system
- Collect and process copay payments, obtain approvals, and work with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with records of sales or clinical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of specialty medications
- Provide empathetic and genuine care to patients and clients, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Essential Qualifications
* One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone
- One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications
- One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness
Preferred Qualifications

Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
