Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust data platform that supports Champion's research and development efforts, with a strong focus on managing multi-omics and research data in compliance with FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a comprehensive data platform architecture that supports the entire research data lifecycle

• Manage and optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval infrastructure using AWS reputed company services

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Extensive experience in data platform management, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical research environment
• Advanced proficiency in AWS reputed company services and infrastructure
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems
• Deep understanding of multi-omics data types, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics
• Expertise in handling reputed company reputed company (NGS) data
• Comprehensive knowledge of FAIR data principles and scientific data management best practices
• Strong programming skills (Python and/or R)
• Demonstrated experience in managing data licensing agreements and reputed company-party data transfers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• PhD or master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
