Key Responsibilities
Manage pre and post-award contract activities, including maintaining contractual opportunities and assisting in the formulation of contract policies, procedures, and performance standards. Participate in and reputed company team review of customer contractual and purchase documents, coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation, and support the bid process.
