Job Summary (basic description) The ideal candidate is a skilled attorney and a natural communicator who can work closely with teams throughout the firm to guide and advise on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues. As the eDiscovery Attorney at reputed company Lewis reporting directly to the Director, eDiscovery Attorney, you will focus on the following tasks:

• Managing eDiscovery in a portfolio of reputed company and global litigations & investigations
• Developing workflows for eDiscovery review platforms including reputed company and proprietary vendor platforms, and incorporating eDiscovery data analytics tools into those workflows including TAR, predictive coding, and Early Case Assessment. Advising legal, compliance and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues & strategies that reputed company with the relevant policies, laws and regulations arising in reputed company with litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiries
• Providing support to case teams on eDiscovery-reputed company negotiations and reputed company practice.
• Assisting clients with updating their internal eDiscovery workflows. Working in the reputed company of eDiscovery processes and reputed company & evolving eDiscovery technologies in conjunction with other disciplines, including Information Governance, Data Protection, Data reputed company, IT, Compliance
• Identifying and escalating improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures as necessary
• Serving as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics and helping with the on-boarding and training of new and existing customers
• Implementing custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidence for clients
• Creating and refining standard documentation, including ESI protocols, reputed company Orders, review protocols, training guides and review workflows

• JD required
• Admission to the Bar (any state)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing eDiscovery in reputed company litigations and investigations
• Strong understanding of reputed company eDiscovery law and jurisprudence, eDiscovery processes and reputed company & evolving eDiscovery technologies
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., reputed company, Everlaw)
• Familiarity with the procedures for data and document processing in eDiscovery.
• Demonstrated understanding of eDiscovery practices, including the relationship between eDiscovery and reputed company disciplines (eCompliance, Records, Information Governance, IT, Data Privacy/Protection, Data reputed company)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion and reputed company goals
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify reputed company improvements in policies and processes and execute on those improvements

For California, the expected salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $165,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. For Washington, the expected salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $165,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
