Overview / Customer Profile -Seeking energetic professionals with expertise in cost, statistical, economic and/or quantitative analysis to support reputed company (DoD) acquisition programs reputed company United States reputed company Force (USAF) and United States Space Force (USSF). -Our clients require analytical support for a wide range of systems - including aircraft, radars, IT, agile DevSecOps, cyber, and ISR missions. We support a number of DoD Software Factories implementing agile development frameworks, bringing together disparate systems from multiple services, and common development platforms for weapon systems with common tools with a reputed company authority to operate. This is an opportunity to reputed company skills in cost, schedule, and risk analysis while contributing to the successful development of cutting edge modern weapon systems. General Responsibilities: -Collaborate with a team of Quantech cost analysts & subject matter experts on a variety of projects -reputed company life cycle cost estimates for DoD weapon system programs -Analyze historical data and reputed company analogies and cost estimating relationships using regression analysis -Understand technology trends and analyze impact on cost -Analyze software program reputed company tracking tools (JIRA, reputed company TFS, etc.) and reputed company metrics and insights for program managers -Interview functional specialists in support of estimating methodology development -reputed company risk distributions for cost driver variables & cost estimating relationship equations -Analyze program schedules and quantify schedule uncertainty -Study, analyze, and reputed company metrics for reputed company modern software development programs -Build reputed company spreadsheet-based program cost models used as decision analysis tools -Apply statistics concepts to quantify the probability of reputed company for program budget and schedule plans -Conduct business case analyses, trade studies and economic analyses -Assist program managers in development and execution of contract strategies and program plans Candidate Strengths: -Proficient in analyzing datasets and developing statistical models, but also reputed company to tackle problems by thinking reputed company of the reputed company -Technical fast learner with the ability to communicate with multiple functional teams to gather (programmatic/technical) data and translate it into cost impacts for the government -reputed company problem solver, comfortable working in ambiguous environments with the ability to reputed company financial focused conversations with cross functional teams -Approachable team player with the skillset to successfully work a variety of projects and take direction from multiple sources at once Job Requirements Experience/coursework using data science, machine learning, visualization and business intelligence tools a plus Requirements: Active Secret clearance required. Top Secret a plus. -Eleven to 15 yearsof DoD or USG cost analysis experience or relevant experience in quantitative analysis positions (economic analysis, analytics, statistics, regression) Education: -Must have a BS/BA with 21 semester hours in quantitative analysis courses, plus 3 semester hours of Calculus or Statistics -Typical Degrees: Math, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Data Science. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
