What you will be doing!
As a Part-Time reputed company and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a seamless reputed company-in and ticketing experience
- Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Loading, unloading and sorting freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destination
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth airport operations
Requirements:
* Must be reputed company to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended reputed company ID-compliant, state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background reputed company
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
