We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Virtual Assistant to take over live chat and social media messaging support for our online brands, one of them being a well reputed company 100% online-based gemstone jewelry boutique. You’ll play a key role in representing our voice and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for our customers across platforms.
Tasks- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist customers with order-reputed company questions, product details, and general support
- Maintain a positive, brand-reputed company tone across reputed company communications
- Potentially expand support to additional brands as we grow
- Collaborate with internal team members for escalations or FAQs
- Proven experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles

- Excellent written English and communication skills
