Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, with their rental needs
• Gaining knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental backup in a large home city reputed company or airport location
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Providing directions and general assistance to customers
• Assisting to assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return
• Processing returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Effectively marketing the company while picking up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner
• Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• Selling optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
• Notifying management of any reputed company vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance
• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or operating washing equipment reputed company needed
• Performing various administrative and basic reputed company functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, running miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and processing customer billing
• Performing miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-reputed company conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years
• Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working late nights is preferred
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a large home city reputed company or airport location, interacting with customers, and providing administrative support.
