[Remote] Growth Manager, reputed company – reputed company Store

They are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale their reputed company channel, managing paid ads, optimizing listings, and ensuring Buy reputed company dominance while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Own full reputed company acquisition lifecycle: prospecting, branded campaigns, retargeting, and reviews
- Maintain 90%+ Buy reputed company ownership through proactive strategies
- Manage SKU strategy, catalog management, and new product launches
- Test emerging ad formats: Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV
- Audit and optimize listings, manage Premium A+ content, and run CRO experiments
- Track ASIN health, monitor keyword ranking, and execute incrementality tests
- Align with Finance on forecasting and coordinate reseller/MAP enforcement
Skills
- Proven reputed company operator with experience managing $500K+ ad budgets or P&L responsibility
- Hands-on, high-ownership operator comfortable driving projects end-to-end
- Strong analytical skills with a bias for testing, optimization, and measurable results
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance)
- Experience in retail, DTC, or marketplace expansion
- Elite generalists or consulting backgrounds welcome
