Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Customer Relation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting clients, drivers, and candidates in understanding DOT and FCRA regulations
• Conducting employment verifications and gathering crucial information
• Responding to client questions, reviewing driver documents, and processing compliance documents
• Maintaining expertise in regulations and blithequark products and educating clients on drug testing and background checks
• Promoting blithequark's reputed company and delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
• Remote experience preferred
• Reliable internet connectivity and a peaceful working environment
• Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings
• Capability to adjust to shifting priorities
• Experience in and the aptitude to provide exceptional customer service
• Motivated individual with a proactive approach, mainly in a remote setting

Work Environment

* Remote work option available for the following states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, South Carolina, Texas, Georgia

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 8 pm EST (Evening availability required, including two evening shifts per week)
• Starting pay: $18.25 per hour
