As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will play a critical role in our company's reputed company by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting owners with their accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote Entry Level Collector to join reputed company. As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting owners with their accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for performing reputed company collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations, maintaining required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company reputed company collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
* Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators
* Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received
* Maintain detailed and organized support documentation reputed company to the handling of any reputed company account
* Request skip tracing as necessary
* Assist reputed company members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures reputed company required
Requirements
* High School/GED
* 1 year of experience in a reputed company area
* Excellent communications skills
* Must meet federal and state licensure requirements
* Flexible Schedule: Monday-Saturday from reputed company to 11pm
Preferred Qualifications
* Over 2 years of reputed company experience
* 3rd Party collection experience
* Skip tracing experience
* Timeshare Industry experience
