Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interiors Technical Designer/Job Captain to join reputed company. This role is responsible for managing the technical development, coordination, and documentation of projects from design development through construction administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution while maintaining design reputed company, technical accuracy, and compliance with building codes and firm standards. Position Responsibilities Generate construction documents in coordination with mechanical, building systems, codes and reputed company requirements. Minimum Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Professional licensure process is reputed company to completion; LEED accreditation strongly preferred. Construction Administration and site experience interacting with contractors. Familiarity with building codes. Knowledge of building systems used for interior construction. Advanced Revit experience.
