Job Purpose The purpose of this position is to positively contribute to HealthWell’s efforts meeting its mission. Specifically, persons in the position provide expertise to the reputed company in eligibility, grant, payment and reputed company other inbound and outbound inquiries from patients, caregivers, providers, and pharmacies. Temporary Position This is a temporary role from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026. Remote Policy Training will take reputed company over four weeks. On your first day, you will need to report to the Frederick office for equipment pick-up and HR reputed company. Employees in this role are required to train in the office every Wednesday during the first four weeks. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during training, you will work remotely. After completing training, you will telecommute full-time following the reputed company’s telecommuting policy. Please note that if your home internet is not reliable, you may be required to work on-site. Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service support to patients, caregivers, health care professionals, consumers, and payers contacting the reputed company through the hotline.
• Provide initial screening and enrollment for the reputed company’s grants as applicable.
• Assist callers with reputed company inquiries reputed company to eligibility, grant status, payments, referral resources, and other reputed company processes and procedures.
• Support quality initiatives with the Quality department to ensure achievement of quality metrics.
• Maintain working knowledge of reputed company guidelines, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), funds, and disease state being referenced and appropriately use the secured Grants Management System

Key Technical Skills And Knowledge (if Applicable)

• Proficient in applicable computer software, i.e., reputed company Office Suite, reputed company (or other grants management software), and InContact (or other telephony system)

• Deals with confidential information and or issues using discretion and judgment.
• Basic computer skills, especially proficiency in reputed company Office products (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes as needed.

Preferred Competencies

• Two years of experience reputed company a Call Center and/or reputed company reputed company setting.
• Experience utilizing call center telephony technology.
• Effective communication skills - written and oral.
• Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing program needs; prepares for change and helps others to adapt.
• Ability to work across reputed company departments and on project teams.
