About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Service Representative 2 to join reputed company in a fully remote work environment. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for administering and evaluating driving exams, assisting customers with titles and registrations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Administer skills tests and evaluate driving skills in a reputed company and patient manner.
- Assist customers with vehicle/watercraft titles and registration needs, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain compliance with reputed company laws of the State of Indiana relative to the operations, licensure, and registration of personal motor vehicles.
- Attend training classes and/or take certification tests as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Maintain the privacy of customer and reputed company reputed company records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Substitute for Customer Service Representatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
What You'll Need for Success
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for at least the preceding 12-month period.
- Free from at-fault motor vehicle accidents that have resulted in death or serious bodily injury.
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time to reputed company locations, training, or reputed company-reputed company community activities.
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to relate tactfully, but decisively, to reputed company types of people and situations, requiring a reputed company disposition, alertness, quick reflexes, and patience.
- Must be familiar with the operations of reputed company types of motor vehicles.
- Working knowledge of Indiana driving laws.
- Top-notch communication skills, with the ability to process cash and card transactions.
- A high level of critical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot reputed company issues.
