Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join reputed company as a Bilingual Screener (English/Spanish) in a remote part-time reputed company. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career while making a difference in the lives of others. As a Bilingual Screener, you will be responsible for contacting and screening discharged uninsured patients for government program eligibility, closing ineligible accounts, and advancing potential qualifying patients to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacts patients to screen for government assistance programs and creates collaborative teamwork with those eligible for application advancement
• Uses clear, simple language to ensure understanding in English and/or Spanish
• Complies with reputed company state and federal laws regarding HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
• Able to remain focused and productive each day with minimum supervision
• Demonstrates respect for reputed company individuals
• Adheres to ECI's Mission, Vision, and Core Values
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma / GED (or higher)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office programs (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Prior customer service experience desired
• Required hours: 1pm to 5pm, M-F (some flexibility allowed)

Telecommuting Requirements:

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.

Physical and Work Requirements:

• Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer
