Job Summary

As a Benefit Relationship Manager (BRM), you will play a critical role in the strategic documentation and deployment of our clients’ prescription benefit plan designs. This position offers valuable leadership experience through managing project teams, and you will be seen as a client problem-solver, bringing innovative solutions to high-profile clients. You will accomplish this by building relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to understand client benefit plan design needs, translating client needs and requirements to internal reputed company teams, and facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and reputed company reputed company relative to client benefit setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to understand client benefit plan design needs.
• Translate client needs and requirements to internal reputed company teams such as Benefits Coding and Quality Analysis.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and reputed company reputed company relative to client benefit setup.
• Exceed client satisfaction score targets and work towards reduced service warranty payments to clients.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, making key reputed company and working autonomously.
• Contribute to reputed company's position as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the Pharmacy Benefit Management marketplace.

Essential Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in benefit plan design/coding/testing/account management, or reputed company field.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for client support if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert level experience in RX Claim.
• Experience with Benefit Builder and FMS.
• PBM industry experience.
• Proven benefits coding operations experience.

Education and Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00. This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
