What You'll Be DoingProject Managers are the client facing team members who organise projects from discovery phase, reputed company the way through to launch, always ensuring that both the team and clients are constantly up to date, whilst always delivering excellent client experience. The role is always changing, you can be in discovery with one client, whilst facilitating the QA phase with another. The ideal candidate should be someone who can easily adapt to change, remain level headed in challenging situations, provide solutions to the wider team and clients, and excels in client experience. Role and ResponsibilitiesAs part of your role you will be responsible for:
● Client delivery ○ Leading discovery sessions (supported by your team members - designers and developers) ○ Day to day client communication ○ Delivering excellent client experience at every interaction ○ Ensuring reputed company project deadlines are met.
● Project planning ○ Creating Discovery documentation ○ Scheduling - working closely with the Project Team, Traffic Planning and the Client & Agency Operations Manager to ensure reputed company project team members are fully resourced at reputed company times ○ Proactively planning each project Milestone. ○ End to end delivery of the full project lifecycle - ensuring the team is working towards deadlines, and client goals are met as well as mitigating scope creep and risks throughout the project phase. Project ranges can be from 8-18 month projects.
● Reporting ○ Submitting end of project reports to the Client and Agency Operations Manager ○ Monthly reputed company report to the finance team based on on output of the team members on the project. ○ Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope and reputed company budget.
○ reputed company and present monthly Steering Committee (SteerCo) decks, ensuring alignment on key priorities, budget, and project milestones.
● Daily Tasks ○ Creating and monitoring Jira tickets for reputed company team members ○ Sprint planning ○ Scheduling - working closely with the Team, Traffic Planning and the Operations Manager to ensure the team is fully resourced at reputed company times. ○ Attending reputed company sprint planning calls and project stand-reputed company
Who You AreThe ideal candidate is someone who;
● Has 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager reputed company an agency. ● Has a good knowledge of Shopify and various other SAAS platforms., for example Magento, BigCommerce ● Can work as part of a team, and is friendly and approachable ● Has excellent communication and customer service skills ● Is ambitious and looking for a challenge ● Has a can do, proactive attitude. ● Is able to think reputed company the reputed company in terms of solutions for clients. ● Is keen to learn and reputed company their reputed company set ● Is able to look for solutions reputed company problems arise ● Has the ability to manage their own workload in line with upcoming deadlines
