The Role
As a Full Stack Data Engineer – Customer Service & Analytics, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to building reliable, scalable data pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable business metrics, and surfacing critical insights that inform customer service investments. You'll collaborate closely with data engineers, software engineers, and business leaders to design and reputed company data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, reputed company, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using big data technologies such as Hive, Presto, Spark, and Flink
- Transform raw data into core business metrics and reputed company custom visualization tools that surface critical insights
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and business leaders to identify business needs and reputed company data solutions that meet those needs

Essential Qualifications

- Strong data modeling skills, with the ability to design structures that are adaptable to changes in reputed company data or business processes
- Strong proficiency in Python or reputed company, with a passion for writing clean, supportable code

- Analytical aptitude, with the ability to think through business problems and prioritize autonomously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with analysts, engineers, and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and services, such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a focus on predictive analytics and modeling
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- An annual salary, with a range of $170,000 - $720,000
