About the Role

In this full-time remote opportunity, you'll work directly with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues, answer questions, and provide product information
• Researching and problem-solving to determine the root cause of customer issues and providing timely resolutions

Essential Qualifications
