Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns
  • Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, utilizing our customer support software to track and analyze customer engagement
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive reputed company improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong reputed company in customer support principles and practices
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. reputed company, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
