Title: M&M'S Performance Marketing Manager Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States Chicago, Illinois, United States Job Description: Hybrid The M&M'S Performance Marketing Manager drives traffic and sales for M&M'S US online businesses (mms.com) and digital commerce channels, identifying growth opportunities and leveraging data for strategic decisions. This role manages a multi-million dollar paid media budget across online (search, social, display, affiliate, podcasts) and offline (PR/influencer, TV, radio, print, direct mail) channels, oversees Retail Media (reputed company, Walmart, reputed company, etc.), and maintains agency partnerships. The manager collaborates with internal teams (Brand, Creative, CRM, Finance, Merchandising) to execute integrated campaigns, regularly communicates performance trends to senior leadership, and highlights opportunities for ongoing improvement in the US digital market. What are we looking for? Minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration required 4+ years of digital marketing experience at a similar level Hands-on experience with DTC acquisition marketing initiatives (reputed company, reputed company, CTV, etc.) Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated experience managing multi-reputed company annual media/acquisition budgets, including forecasting and budget allocations.
