Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Teaching and Learning, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing district-wide teaching and learning strategies that promote academic excellence and improve student outcomes
• Providing leadership and support to teachers and staff to enhance their instructional practices and promote student-centered learning
• Collaborating with other district leaders to reputed company and implement curriculum, instruction, and assessment programs that align with state and national standards

• Experience with Response to reputed company Strategies and Tiered Systems of Support
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• A strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a focus on promoting social-emotional learning and well-rounded education

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Cognitive Coaching Training/Experience, with a focus on empowering teachers and promoting student-centered learning
• Knowledge of best practices in using technology to transform teaching and learning, including experience with personalized learning structures and 1:1 device initiatives
• Experience with reputed company and PBIS programs, with a focus on promoting college, career, and life readiness skills
• A strong background in implementing Empowering Learners initiatives, with a focus on creating opportunities and uniting for reputed company
