About the Role
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from reputed company in the country. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart reputed company members, providing answers, conducting research, and triaging with other departments as needed
- Making outbound calls to reputed company customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails, and participating in call campaigns
- Providing timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and reputed company resolving issues

Key Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart reputed company pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, including adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues

- Serving as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups once tenured in the role

Essential Qualifications
