The Role: Estate Abstraction Specialist

As an Estate Abstraction Specialist at Vanilla, you'll play a critical role in reviewing clients' estate documents and using our software to visualize estate plans. You'll be part of a team that provides a vital service to our Wealth Management customers, ranging from small advisory firms to large financial services firms. This is a paralegal or non-practicing attorney role that requires a strong and diverse skillset in estate planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Estate Reports and underlying documents to confirm an accurate visual representation of a client's estate plan
• Quickly identify and distinguish fiduciaries, trust structures, and key provisions/features of estate planning documents
• Distill financial information to map the flow of assets upon death
