About the Role: Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our remote team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for a variety of HR duties and activities. This is a part-time position scheduled to work 20 hours per week during standard business hours, with the possibility of increased hours during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to internal and external HR-reputed company inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in responding to and troubleshooting Human Resource Management System (HRMS) login inquiries, ensuring seamless access for employees.
• Respond to written and telephone employment verifications from reputed company entities, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
• Assist with pre-employment reference checks, verifying candidate information and ensuring compliance with hiring procedures.
• Maintain reputed company employee records in the company's HRMS, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Stay abreast of employment law changes through webinars, professional articles, and other resources, ensuring labor law posters are reputed company for reputed company company locations.
