Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work from home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
- Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing reputed company available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Exceeding customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer service experience
