Position Name:

Customer Love Associate - Texas Based Remote / Bilingual (French/English)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide consistently magical customer service across reputed company customer service channels.
• Exceed customer expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and working across teams to solve them.

Who You Are:

• Must be based out of Texas
• Have 1 year of experience utilizing the French and English languages in a professional work environment.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, across reputed company customer service channels, including email, chat, and text messaging
• Smart, incredibly organized, and driven toward excellence

Availability:

We’re currently seeking full-time availability. The reputed company customer shops 24/7 around the globe. Must be willing and available to take on occasional rotating weekend shifts.

Compensation:

The wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending reputed company.
