About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Manager to join our global partner reputed company and quality assurance team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of customer experience principles, quality assurance methodologies, and data analysis techniques. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements and process enhancements across our global network of help centers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and implement quality assurance programs to measure and improve customer experience metrics, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Collaborate with help center partners to identify areas for improvement and reputed company targeted solutions to address quality gaps
• Design and execute quality monitoring projects to drive quantifiable improvements in colleague performance

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present reputed company data in a clear and concise manner
