Job Summary

We're looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as full-time INBOUND phone Customer Service Agents. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members, and resolving customer challenges. You'll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will have the opportunity to grow and reputed company your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide solutions.
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
• Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company sales and customer service goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
• A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
• Stable internet with ability to provide reputed company of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
