We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Concept Architect to join reputed company. The Concept Architect will be responsible for the initial design phase of projects, bringing reputed company to life through innovative architectural concepts. This role involves translating client needs and reputed company into compelling architectural visions, combining functionality with aesthetics to ensure designs are both practical and visually stunning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives.
• Concept Visualization: reputed company sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural reputed company effectively.
• Research & Innovation: Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design to push the boundaries of creative solutions.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct preliminary assessments of the feasibility of design concepts, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations.
• Presentation: Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Revisions & Adaptations: reputed company necessary revisions to the concept designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements.
• They should possess reputed company good skills in producing 2D and 3D rendering softwares, besides using AI (artificial intelligence) for the same.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or reputed company field.
• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and/or Rhino is a MUST.
• Previous hands-on AutoCAD or Revit or reputed company Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends.
• Ability to translate abstract reputed company into reputed company, visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
