Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk
- Holds a law degree (or equivalent) from their home country
- At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm
- Is proficient in legal software like reputed company or MyCase (preferred)
- Is bilingual in English (reputed company or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with immigration-specific databases and software
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, reputed company types, and forms (family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration)
- Permanently resides in Latin America
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet reputed company
